Product: HP Officejet Pro 8100
I have the following problem:
I have a printer (the Officejet Pro 8100) which is malfunctioning.
The screen shows an error with the black ink.
I have already tried replacing the cartridge, cleaning the pins and the connector, and resetting the printer via the power cord. Is there anything else I can try in this situation?
