I have an HP printer cartridge purchased showing at the back of the carton —- Malaysia April 2026
i am in the USA and installed this cartridge on my HP printer. While it printed initially, the succeeding task for printing did not and the error message indicated is: Ink incompatible with this printer.
Question: Why is it incompatible, it’s an HP cartridge?
How can I override the system to allow usage and a successful printing?
Providing the steps will be a plus.

I'd like to help!
I understand you moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
