Incompatible Cartridge Error

HP Recommended
DeskJet 3835
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Today, when I turned on my printer, it was showing the error message Incompatible Catridge for the tricolour catridge.

The catridge is an original HP ink catridge and only two days ago, I took a colour print. I have followed the steps given in HP support website but the problem has not been solved. Please help with this issue.

If you insert any old or any other ink, do you still get the error message?

NO, I didn't get the error when I inserted the previous cartridge but I noticed that the printer was showing there was some ink left in the previous one and when I was doing colour print, it was printing in black.
