I have an HP 4520 Envy All-in-one series printer. It was all working fine and now I get a incompatible cartridge error for the Tri-color cartridge. I have followed all the troubleshooting procedures suggested by the Virtual Agent and the problem still persists. I am in the instant ink scheme but don't have another spare cartridge to swap to. Any ideas on what else I may try? Thanks.

A new colour cartridge sorted the problem. Printer is working OK again.
