Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The headline says it all. It appears we cannot use anything other than actual HP cartridges. This is disgusting given we have recently bought 4 refilled cartridges as we do try to support recycling but obviously, HP does not. Is there a solution to "Incompatible Cartridges"? Thanks

Regarding the above post, we are ditching HP and will not be buying any HP product in the future. If You have any concern for the planet neither should you.
