Hi, my printer was working just fine until now when it all of the sudden says my black cartridge is incompatible with my printer. I've tried everything it says in troubleshooting but nothing worked so far. I have instant ink so don't have a spare cartridge to try until they send me one. Any suggestions highly appreciated as I am a uni student and need my printer to be working. Thanks a lot.
