I bought a set of three HP 902 Genuine cartridges. The printer says that just one of the three ( the "c") is incompatible, I did all the trouble shooting, dealt with the virtual assistant. Now all I want to do is get another cartridge and get my money back. I should be able to give you the information off my bad cartridge and have you send me a new one. Where is the phone number for this purpose?
