Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Replaced my officejet pro 7740 ink cartridges. Now it gives an incompatible error. I could not find the Hp 954 that it had before. The hp website said it uses 952 which are the ones I purchased, but it gives a cartridge incompatible message
