I recently moved from the United States to Cyprus and brought my HP printer with me. Previously, I used HP 32 cartridges in the U.S. However, since arriving in Cyprus, I purchased HP 304 cartridges (which are standard here), but I’m getting an “Incompatible Cartridge” error.
After researching, I believe this issue is due to my printer still being set to the American region. Could you please assist me with a region reset so that the printer can recognize and use the HP 304 cartridges?

Hi @Artya7x,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
Since the printer will be used in different region from where it was originally bought and used, we need to perform some changes called regional reset for your printer, only after that you will be able to use the printer with the current region ink cartridges.
I will be glad to you assist you with the regional reset on your printer.
In order for me to perform the reset I need few details, for which I have sent a private message.
