HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer

I bought HP 301 ink in Bulgaria for my ENVY 5530, but it did not recognize them. I get an "Incompatible cartridge(s)" message. When I see printer region, it's region 2. Bulgaria is region 4. The warranty has expired. What can I do?

I understand you moved, and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

 

NOTE: regional reset is attempted on a best-effort basis, it might not work on all printers. 

 

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
