Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Signed up to the instant ink recently. I installed both the black ink and colour ink when it arrived today. The black ink has registered fine, however the colour ink states that the cartridge is incompatible. I have followed all troubleshooting methods, including checking firmware etc is up to date, which according to my printer, it is. 

I'm needing this sorting asap, especially with having to homeschool two children, and now have no printer to print off their work, the only reason I signed up for instant ink in the first place.
