Hi guys,

we recently had issues with the cartridges, after which they were replaced.

Yesterday I first printed one page and the quality of it was good.

After that, I started printing a document, but then every page was horrible. Either parts were cut off completly, or there were horizontal stripes, etc. It was generally unreadable. This effected about five pages, after which I aborted it to save paper.

Today I ran a diagnostic with the application, but no issues were found. I then tried to print a test page and this time it came out good.

Do you know, why there is this inconsistency?
