Hi,
kindly ask you to check the page count related to my Instant Ink account. Today 08/07/2024 I printed 16 pages; after each printed file, I was checking and "refreshing" the page count in my Instant Ink dashboard. I can assure that I saw a 2 page print become a 4 page count, more than once. Result: print history says that today I printed 24 pages, while I actually printed only 16.
I need to print more pages, but having reached the page limit (due to a count error!) the only way is to buy additional page, and I'm definetely not with that.
I'd like to understand if there can be an issue, and which can be a possible solution. Kindly ask to restore the correct page count.
