I would like to know if I can use iron on transfer paper in this printer

While the printer may not list this as supported. If the material is designed for inkjet and the weight fits in range of supported media it will likely be possible to print. The only possible catches are media that does not feed properly or driver settings that do not provide good print quality. Your best option is to try it or check the website of the company that makes the media and ask them about compatibility.
