Hello folks.  Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.  I have a M475DW color laser printer that appears to have leaky magenta/cyan cartridges (see image provided).  It prints these horizontal lines every time I print anything is black/white.  It's worse when I print in color.  I have replaced the cartridges a number of times to no avail.  Do you think the problem is with the cartridges or something else?  I don't use printer much.
