Yes, ink nozzles get clogged from longer periods between Print jobs.
Follow steps 10 to 13 below to clean the cartridges using the automated option and manually, if it doesn’t help replace the ink cartridges:

Generally, performing a print job at least once a week would be a good step to prevent ink clogging over time.
