Note for common printer problems
Customers receiving the"will damage your computer" message along with others like "unable to access cups/tmp" or "'@%' cannot be opened" need to update their version of the macOS. Ink Cartridge Problem

Hi, I have tried to do everything I can with my ink issue. It keeps coming up with “Replace Ink” when I have just put a brand new ink cartridge in. I’ve bought three ink cartridges, however it is still not working. Please can I get help with this.

I understand that you are getting replace ink error message.

 

Pelase performs the hard reset and check.

 

Turn the printer on, if it is not already on. 

 

Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue. 

 

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer. 

 

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. 

 

Wait at least 60 seconds. 

 

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet. 

 

Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer. 

 

Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on. 

 

Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed
