Issue with Color Ink Cartridge.   Printer states Ink Cartridge Problem - Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge.  This is a relatively new Color ink cartridge.  I tried all the recommended fixes and nothing worked.  I put an old, almost empty, color ink cartridge and the printer started working.  I assume the new print cartridge is defective.  How do I get a replacement cartridge.  I'm an Instant Ink Customer

Yes, it seems like the new ink cartridge could be defective as the old one works fine with no errors.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the issue persists as the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.

I have 2 full cartridges of Instant Ink and it stll tells me to contact www.instant ink.com.
