Issue with Color Ink Cartridge. Printer states Ink Cartridge Problem - Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge. This is a relatively new Color ink cartridge. I tried all the recommended fixes and nothing worked. I put an old, almost empty, color ink cartridge and the printer started working. I assume the new print cartridge is defective. How do I get a replacement cartridge. I'm an Instant Ink Customer
