My printer was bought from Saudi and was moved here in the Philippines, when I bought ink cartridges from here it wasn't compatible and I don't know how will I be able to use it again if it goes like that till forever. Many has the same problem as me, I've searched online and it says to reset the regionalization of my printer. But I don't know how, please address this problem of mine.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

  

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link

When i click on the link on leads me to my private message, it's empty... I haven't recieved any private message and I dont know why a message and instruction from you does not appear.
