Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am in the military, stationed in Germany and I have an APO address. My APO address shows in my HP shipping information but, for some reason, HP sent my ink cartridge to my old stateside address. The tracking information shows that it was delivered to that address. How can I get a new ink cartridge sent to my current APO address?
