HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series

I just got my HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 printer.  It comes with color and black cartridges.  I followed the directions to install the cartridges.  It says to push them until they click but they're not clicking.  What am I doing wrong.

@Alecxih1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand the ink cartridges are not properly seated in their slots. Do you get any errors on the printer screen?

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

Make sure the plastic tape if any, is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.

Did you close the door and check the message on the printer?

If the ink cartridges are not properly seated, the printer will notify you. If you do not get any errors, you are good to go.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
