Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Are you using genuine HP ink cartridges?
  • Have you tried with Original shipped cartridge?
  • Is your printer enrolled with HP instant ink?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

  • Step 1: Reinstall the print driver (Windows only)
  • Step 2: Use genuine HP ink cartridges
  • Step 3: Check for ink smears on the back of printouts
  • Step 4: Make sure you are using the appropriate paper for your print job
  • Step 5: Check the print settings
  • Step 6: Check the estimated ink levels
