Hello, 

I have an HP DeskJet 4100 All-in-One Printer series bought in the US at Costco. 

I am in Mexico now, and I see they don't carry they same Ink cartridge numbers. 

Does anyone know which cartridges I would use here?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I understand you are not able to use the new ink cartridges. We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

Thereset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  
 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to performa full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

In order to access your private messages, click theprivate message icon in the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, nextto your profile Nameor simply click on thislink
