Ink Low, but I recently purchased HP ink cartridges

HP Recommended
HP OfficeJet 6600
macOS 10.15 Catalina

I bought cartridges from HP back in May. I cleaned the cartridges because the print/colors were off. I had to run the cleaning about 7 times before it calibrated. After this, I printed only black and white items (~5 times). I am now unable to print because the printer states the cartridges are low. I cannot believe the cartridges are low since I have barely printed. 

 

Thank you for any help/advice.

@Pamaslp, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand the ink level is low and you are not able to print. Cleaning the printhead more than twice will consume a lot of ink. 

The only option is to replace the empty ink cartridge.

You may visit Hp Store to order it online or visit a local store nearby.
