Hello,
I bought a DeskJet 3722 All-In-One printer in the USA but I currently live in Mexico so the ink cartridges I buy are catalogued as "Latin American" cartridges and I guess that's why they are not being recognized by my printer.  I get the "Incompatible Cartridge, The cartridge indicated are not intended for use in this printer as it is currently configured".

I want to know if there is a way to reconfigure my printer to be "Latin American" and not "USA" anymore so it recognizes the ink cartridges I'm able to get locally.

@Eli237, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
