Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

Hi Guys

 

Just loaded another 301XL into my 4520 and had it come back saying incompatible. shows as a HP65XL? these cost a small fortune and i am 80 odd pounds down now which would have bought me a new printer with ink. anyone any ideas what is going on

I understand that you are getting an Ink cartridge compatibility issue, I am glad to assist you.

HP 301XL cartridge is not compatible with your printer model.
