I just purchased an HP Print Cartridge 902 Black.  Brought it home, opened up and it started leaking profusely.

 

After the ink gushing on the floor and hands when the ink stopped flowing. Fortunately, it leaked on the desk chair pad and not the carpet. I inserted it to get the job done that I ran out to get the cartridge for. Then it leaked on the printed document and the quality of the print was poor.

I want a replacement cartridge.
