Ink cartridge is out of ink in 2 1/2 weeks, this is not acceptable, I need a new cartridge.

 I bought an HP  ink cartridge on May 14th, 63 black and color, now  not even 3weeks ago it is out of ink and I have barely printed anything.   This is ridiculous. This is the 1st time this has happened.    The store I bought it at said to contact you, so I am. I need a replacement now.  Can you send me 1?

Are you getting any error messages?

Are you enrolled in the instant ink program?

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
