Product: Hp envy 5532

I keep getting the same message 'the following cartridge nust be relaced (colour). It is a brand new cartridge - already tried 2 incase one was faulty. Have reset the printer,cleaned all the coonectors etc and still no joy. Does anyone have a sloution please? We are on insta ink and it IS an insta ink cartridge.
