Product: HP ENVY 4502 e-All-in-One Printer

My ink cartridge wasn't recognised by the printer, it's saying that it's incompatible.I've tried to contact hp and they've said they will send a new cartridge but they haven't it's been 3 weeks and still nothing. I need some support, who do I contact?
