I have a HP OfficeJet 4655 that was purchased in USA in 2016 and used HP 62 & HP 63 ink. I have since returned to UK and need more ink but the recommended match is HP 302. The cartridges look exactly the same but when i have put them into my printer i am getting the error message Incompatible Cartridges. How can I get ink for my printer from UK.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hello, I have a similar problem.

 

I have recently moved from the USA to the UK, and my HP Office jet 4650 purchased in the USA does not recognise the HP302 Black and colour cartridges purchased in the UK.

 

Can you help me with the steps to reset the device and get it printing, please?
