Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently purchase a replacement 564 black ink cartridge for my printer, but the cartridge I received is to wide to install in my printer. It's much wider than the 564 cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges. In fact it's the same size as a 564 XL black ink cartridge. 564 cartridges are the recommended cartridges for my printer.
