Sorry I didn’t get a chance to reply. I ordered a new black cartridge via Instant ink and I’m hoping that will work.
The printer I have is HP Envy Pro 6455
It is connected to my iPhone.
The error is is flashing 0/E and glowing orange.
it says the ink cartridge is incompatible. But it is the one I received via instant Inc.

This could be an issue with the ink cartridge.
Please check with the new cartridge that you have ordered.
