Product: HP Envy 4520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I am trying to replace my color cartridge. It is a genuine HP product . My printer is saying that the cartridge is not compatible even though the cartridge that is in there is exactly the same as the one i am trying to replace it with. I have followed all the hints but still have no luck. The black cartridge had no problems when I replaced it. 

The printer is several years old and has not given me any problems prior to this. Any ideas as to what i can do please?
