Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Mistakenly I purchased an HP 63 ink cartridge whereas my printer requires an HP 65 cartridge.

I would like to return the HP63 ink cartridge (unused and I have the original packaging) and obtain instead an HP 65 cartridge.

Thanks in advance.

This is the HP  Community forum. It is not a store or a repair shop.  

 

I suggest that you contact the vendor you purchased the cartridge from and negotiate the return/replacement with that business entity.
