Update 2021-4-5

I finally could speak with somebody at the customer service. They will replace my cartridge and have me send the faulty one for investigation.

Thank you to every personne who took the time to read my post.

Have a nice day

Hi there,

I am preparing Taxes reports for my family. I had just put a brand new 62XL cartridge that supposedly prints 600 pages or so.

That would be more than a ream of 500 pages of paper.

Well, I'll be damned if I used 250 pages. My cartridge is empty again !!!

What is the use of paying more than $50 a cartridge that lasts 250 pages ?

I would like to know first, if anybody has had that problem and second, if HP is going to do something about it.

Your answer is very welcomed. Thanks !

Danielle
