I bought an HP ink cartridge from HP.com. My HP printer will not recognize the new cartridge. I have replaced it with another HP cartridge bought at the same time without issue. The Cartridge says it has a warranty but I can't find a way to submit the warranty claim. It is an HP63XL Tri-color purchased  on 3/5/24. The online warranty claim site only seems to accept equipment. How can I get a replacement for this defective cartridge?
