Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7924e All-in-One Printer

HP ENVY INSPIRE 7900 SERIES PRINTER: The ink cartridges are stuck in the carriage to the left hand side. I have tried to gently manoeuvre the cartridges but I cannot get them to move. When the printer is switched on, it makes a strange dragging sort of noise from where the cartridges are, on the left. Has anybody else experienced this problem  and did you find a way to fix it? Thanks in advance.

❗Sorry to anyone who reads this, but please ignore my last request for help with my HP Envy Inspire printer cartridges being stuck. I've sorted it out now.
