Need help aligning ink

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What cartridge number?  Are the cartridges HP or third party?  Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen?

 

When you installed a new cartridge did the printer print an alignment page?  What colors were present on the alignment pattern?
