HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

Today I purchased a 2 pack of HP INK, the ink cartridges did not work. I tried to return the ink to Walmart, but was told that I have to contact the manufacturer. Please help me

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with your ink cartridges. Here’s what you can do:

 

  • Verify Cartridge Compatibility: Double-check that the ink cartridges you purchased are compatible with your HP DeskJet 4155e. Sometimes, incorrect cartridges can be mistakenly purchased.
  • Check for Damage: Inspect the cartridges for any visible damage or manufacturing defects. Also, ensure that the protective tape has been removed from the cartridges.
  • Clean Contacts: Gently clean the contacts on both the cartridges and the printer using a lint-free cloth.
  • Reset Printer: Sometimes, resetting the printer can help. Turn off the printer, unplug it for about a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Make sure your printer’s firmware is up to date. You can check for updates through the HP Smart app Update the firmware on an HP printer
