HP Recommended

Hp Envy 5549. Ink resetting error. Unplugged printer a few times. Installed new cartridges. Cleaned cartridge pins with qtips. What else can i do?

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

I understand that you are facing issues with the cartridge error. 

 

I see that you have already tried a few steps. 

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridge is faulty or the printer needs service. 

 

Try updating the firmware by selecting your current OS. Click here
