Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

The ink didn't come to me.

Instead I just got an email saying the ink was returned to the manufacturer because I didn't pick it up.

But no one informed me that the ink was waiting for me at the post office. How can I force the ink to be sent again now?
