I’m hoping I can get some support with this. I just received my HP Smart Tank 7301 printer I was really excited because my previous printer cannot- for the life of it - Connect to my computer. I am a teacher so being able to print my materials is important to me. Anyways, I received my printer and set it up through the app. All is well until I got to installing the printer, ink, jet heads. Although this is an ink tank printer I still need to install Jet heads. I followed the instructions to a T and I am getting a constant error saying that the heads are not properly installed. I am now regretting my purchase because a piece of equipment I need has failed me, and I haven’t been able to even use it! Tomorrow is Monday, so school is in session, and I have waisted a whole day of my weekend trying to figure this out. When I buy something I expect it to work. I don’t want to be going around buying extra things for this to work. I don’t have the time or the money to be picking up the pieces that the manufacturers have failed me on. Please, I would really like some help in fixing this. And I don’t want to wait because I got stuff to do. Curriculum to print.
