My HP 8025 printer no longer prints blue. I tried replacing the cartridge. Still won't print. I tried doing cleaning cycles (at least 7) and still won't print. Is this an ink issue (clog) or electronic hardware or software issue? Is there a solvent to try to clean an ink clog or is this a bad idea. Unit is connected wirelessly to Win 10 computer. Other colors and BW print fine.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to get this resolved.
Let me suggest you with few other troubleshooting steps to resolve the print quality issue.
Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.
- Clean the printhead
- Check for ink smears on the back of printouts
- Check for issues with the ink cartridges
- Check the paper, print settings, and quality of the file being printed
- Align the printhead
