Product: HP Photosmart C4280 All-in-One Printer

The printer says "Print cartridge(s) incorrectly installed" I pulled them out to reinstall and the one was covered in ink. And all the videos say not to touch those copper coloured things. But now their covered in ink. Is it fixable?
