hello my is names Elizabeth.

I hope you're doing well today.

I’ve been trying to figure out what’s going on with my printer. I have a HP desk jet 2680. The serial number on my printer is [Personal Information Removed]

 The ink cartridge is new.

it also shows it has ink in color and black on the app as well. I cleaned it with a paper towel dabbed Water making sure I did not touch the film. I let it dry for 10 minutes. I unplugged from the wall and the printer as well. I also hard reset the printer. it automatically makes it default to black-and-white and does not even let me select color. Please let me know what I can do next. Thank you very much.
