Hi, I'm still in my trial for Instant Ink, but not liking it too much so far.

 

I was printing something today and the thing is merrily spitting out blank pages, as although the app says the ink level is fine, the cartridge has physically run out.

 

It's the black ink, and is still the one that came with the printer.  I have a replacement that has been sent out, but it said not to replace until the app says ink is very low.

 

Any ideas?
