Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

We bought yellow ink for our printer (The same ink we always buy) L0S55A and we received the error that the cartridge was too old (We purchased it this January 2024) and now see that the warranty expires 2019? Has anyone else been sold old ink?

I tried many methods of contacting support and was left with no answers. Has anyone else faced this issue? 

I'm not totally sure how to go about getting a refund (Amazon directs us to HP who has not made it possible to speak with a person).

Any help would be very much appreciated.

This is Amazon's fault, not HP.  Amazon should not sell expired products unless it's advertised as expired.
