Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding error on your printer!  

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

 

Restart the Printer

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on.

Check Ink Cartridges

  • Open the ink cartridge door and remove all cartridges.
  • Check for leaks, damage, or improper installation.
  • Wipe the cartridge contacts with a lint-free cloth and reinsert them securely.

Clean Printhead (If Needed)

  • On the printer screen, go to Setup > Tools > Clean Printhead.
  • Run the cleaning process and test print.

Use Genuine HP Ink

  • If you are using non-HP ink, try installing genuine HP cartridges.
