We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Restart the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
Check Ink Cartridges
- Open the ink cartridge door and remove all cartridges.
- Check for leaks, damage, or improper installation.
- Wipe the cartridge contacts with a lint-free cloth and reinsert them securely.
Clean Printhead (If Needed)
- On the printer screen, go to Setup > Tools > Clean Printhead.
- Run the cleaning process and test print.
Use Genuine HP Ink
- If you are using non-HP ink, try installing genuine HP cartridges.
