Hi @Pm1234591, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds frustrating to have your printer not accept the ink cartridges. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e is designed to work with HP 962 and 962XL ink cartridges (in USA region)

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Check Cartridge Compatibility: Ensure that you are using the correct HP 962 or 962XL cartridges. Please check this link - Which cartridges work with my HP printer? | HP® Support

Reinstall Cartridges: Remove the ink cartridges and reinstall them. Make sure they are seated properly in the printer.

Update Printer Firmware: Sometimes, updating the printer's firmware can resolve compatibility issues. You can check for updates through the HP Smart app or the printer's control panel.

Clean Contacts: Gently clean the electrical contacts on the ink cartridges and inside the printer with a lint-free cloth.

Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it for a few minutes, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
